FocusPod / Nigeria
Plan the pod and its access route
Check the final position, packed delivery route and building requirements before approving a configuration.
Draw the position and clearances
Mark the exterior footprint, door swing and proposed furniture on the floor plan. Allow for assembly, ventilation, service and power. Have the facilities team review floor suitability and the location using the final model information.
Check the receiving route
Measure unloading access, doors, corridor turns, stairs and the goods lift's dimensions and load limit. Compare these with actual package dimensions and weights. Record receiving hours, bookings and lifting requirements early so handling can be assessed.
Plan the electrical configuration
Identify available power and any building electrical work. Confirm the pod's supplied configuration and selected equipment with the final specification. Standard ventilation and any offered cooling equipment have different roles and requirements; use the actual model details.
Coordinate building requirements
Share the proposed position and supplied product documents with the building's responsible team. Identify requested fire equipment, connections and access rules. A certificate for a component or product does not itself approve every installation or building arrangement.
Keep the responsibilities together
The project should identify configuration, site preparation, receiving contact, delivery point and installation scope. Retain the final drawing, complete quote and agreed responsibilities. Confirm changes before relying on a different layout, route or service arrangement.
